We are located on the 4th Floor of the R. Fraser Elliott Buildingof Toronto General Hospital. Our office is only accessible fromthe Elliott elevators. Follow the directions to the Elliot Elevators, and go to the 4th floor.

If you are taking the subway, get off at Queen’s Park Station and connect to the Toronto General Hospital through the MaRs building.

Once you reach the 4th floor of the R. Fraser Elliott building: enter through the front doors. If no receptionist is available, please use the iPad to notify the person you are looking for, or you may use the phone and dial the 4-digit extension of the person with whom you wish to speak. If you need to contact us externally, please dial (416) 340-4800 x 4765

There is a hospital parkade at 201 Elizabeth Street, across from the Eaton Wing Entrance of the Toronto General Hospital.
